By visiting this website, you understand Parijat Deshpande does not assume liability whatsoever regarding anything that occurs while you obtain information from this website or during coaching sessions, consultations, workshops or classes with Parijat.

Parijat Deshpande will not be held responsible in any way for the information that you request or receive through the website, emails, phone calls or services provided. In no event will she be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages for any use of or reliance on this website, emails or services. This includes any lost profits, personal or business interruptions, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information, physical or mental illness or condition or otherwise even if Parijat expressly advised of the possibility of such damages and difficulties.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Parijat Deshpande, LLC from and against any liabilities, costs, damages, penalties or fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) (“Damages”) resulting from third party claims, actions and suits (“Claims”) arising out of (i) your negligence or willful misconduct. (ii) your use of Parijat Deshpande’s IP and Background IP, and (iii) your breach of this agreement.

Any and all advice, information, and materials provided to me through the website, blogs, videos, products and servies is considered to be guidance on mind-body health and wellness, and as such do not constitute medical advice. Parijat Deshpande, LLC is released of all liability of the implementation of any tools, resources or educational material provided through parijatdeshpande.com and the affiliated programs and products as it outlined in the medical disclaimer.

Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to abide by the laws of the State of California. In case of a dispute, the parties shall first seek mediation through the Bay Area Mediation Services of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Each party shall be responsible for their own mediation fees.

Assignment and Delegation

I understand that these Terms are specifically between myself and Parijat Deshpande, LLC and any products or serviced offered through the website parijatdeshpande.com or pregnancybrainbook.com. Neither parties can assign nor delegate any rights or performance from this consent to another individual without prior written consent.

Declarations

I understand that my membership into any programs or receipt of any products will begin upon receipt of a signed consent form and payment.

Severability

If any clause, or portion of a clause, in these Terms is considered invalid under the rule of law, it shall be regarded as stricken while the remainder of these Terms shall continue to be in full effect.

Changes

These Terms are subject to occasional revision. Continued use of the website parijatdeshpadne.com following such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the same Terms of such changes.

Entire Agreement

These Tterms constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter addressed in these terms and on this website. These Terms supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed in this Agreement, whether oral or written.
