032: Take Charge of Your Fertility...Even if You're Having Trouble Getting Pregnant

Understanding your fertility can be confusing and overwhelming, especially if you're stressed out because you aren't getting pregnant as quickly as you'd like. On this episode, I speak with my friend and colleague Jennifer "Jay" Palumbo - a fertility advocate - about how to be in charge of your fertility and reproductive health...even if you're having trouble getting pregnant. She shares the most important questions you want to ask your OB or fertility specialist and we also talk about how to cope with infertility.
